Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, meet client expectations, and provide progress updates. Qualifications & Skills Required: 2-4 years of professional experience in web development. Experience building sites in Webflow . Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards. Ability to interpret client requirements and estimate development timelines. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. General understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and the ability to collaborate with AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping. Experience building custom themes and plugins for WordPress . Preferred: Knowledge of JavaScript Knowledge of Shopify theme development and Liquid templating. Experience implementing SEO enhancements and web performance optimizations. Understanding of web security principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to mentor junior developers. Experience using AI-driven development platforms (such as Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, or v0.dev) to build, refine, or accelerate full-stack applications. Position Details This role reports directly to the Website Development Manager and involves managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and on time. Contribute to improving the performance and scalability of our platform. Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code technologies like Terraform and Serverless Framework. FIRST 30 DAYS: GETTING STARTED Get to know the team, set up your development environment, provision your AWS infrastructure, and get comfortable with our remote work routine. Dive into our tech stack, code, development workflow, and CI/CD systems. Fix minor bugs and assist in resolving client issues to familiarize yourself with the codebase. Make your first pull request, and participate in the review of pull requests. FIRST 60 DAYS: BUILDING MOMENTUM Take ownership of a small feature or module and finish implementation. Support senior developers and participate in the development of more complex features and enhancements. Collaborate with the QA team and your team lead to plan the deployment of a feature you worked on. Present your work in a demo session to QA and the product management team. Assist in the resolution of a client production issue or feature request. FIRST 90 DAYS: HITTING YOUR STRIDE Take full ownership for the development of a feature or module and see to the deployment of it to production. Have a firm grasp on how the critical parts of the application works, and are able to troubleshoot reported defects without much assistance. Actively contribute to team discussions on architecture, design, and implementation strategies. Reflect on your contributions and onboarding, providing actionable feedback to the team on how they can improve their processes and workflows.
